consolidation would not fix the problem as financially it is insolvent as it cannot meet the current short term debts. Consolidation would not help raise further funds as the financial position would still be the same and to try and issue new shares/notes at this late stage with no more land or strong prospects ( Promises of gushers would be laughed at ) then why would new investors come on board
