One of the reasons behind the (wishy washy) TH rules is to avoid insider trading (by employees, directors, major shareholders etc.).
The question I have is, if it is a duster then why the delays?. The announcement for Assaka seemed to be a straight forward announcement but this time it is being handled differently, so would like to think because of that, that something positive can be expected, whatever it may be.
