IJ, they company may well do so and I would have thought this as well.

However, the references that Happycats gave relate to whether or not the company has market sensitive information and it should be reported under continuous disclosure rules. I couldn't find any advice on whether a company has to tick a box etc to say if the information is price sensitive (realising that announcements are uploaded to the ASX Market Announcements Platform there may well be a box to tick on that).

But as Darren has said that DW has told him that the ASX reviewers determine if the price sensitive designation is made or not, I have no reason to doubt him and until someone who actually knows the answer to be otherwise I will accept that answer.
