I totally agree with you Sido about more news coming very soon. Just I can't work out what it will be !!
A company doesn't raise $25 mio to form an "alliance". One would think an alliance would typically be consumated with an equity swap, or some form of MOU.
To have $25 mio to spend could be that the other party is going to make a new issue to SEN (in which case the "alliance" would be totally one sided.
Alternatively they may be looking to buy something in the UK, and roll into that entity Infoprotect pLc, rather than go thru the process of listing Infoprotect on the AIM as was the previous stated intention.
Just love this guessing game eh!
