OP, personally i'd prefer the cap/rais to be larger ,at
least 10m for a couple of reasons.
1. it would give me more confidence to see that level
of support from instos and in a way alleviate the fear
they struggled to get the money ,especially with this delay.
2. it may provide enough critical mass to complete
future aquis without any further cap/r, thru borrowings
etc.
i was completely wrong on my first thoughts on c/r
and could be completely wrong again.
