The ASX haver never press the point of accountability other than shut trading if listing fees not payed. Just look at csd and the shannigans going on at that mine with no action taken by ASX. Even business regulators failed to investigate given lack of investigation laws. Anyhoo what do ya do take em to court and the old boy just plays dumb given age just like good old Alan Bond. All anyone can do is not put hard earned cash into this again as I have blown my 20 bucks worth of shares.
