    If it is a deal with RIO for say 2Mt per annum then we would have to weigh this up with IOH as a yard stick to where AQD should settle...

    IOH $85M mcap (~170M@50c fully diluted), 1.5Mt io to RIO per annum, 8.5Mt resource.

    Let's assume that AQD will deliver 2Mt per annum seeing they have a resource of 37Mt (lower grade but far larger resource)...an extra 0.5Mt io delivery plus longer mine life will give AQD a premium - this is all rough and doesn't include any other assets of either company.

    AQD price comparison to IOH: mcap $100M or 40c (~250M@40c fully diluted).
