I hate to speak ill of the dead but you are not far off being correct re the rivkin report, but in my experience sometimes they got set earlier.

my father subscribed once and i lost count of the number of times that i did not got set in a stock because i had limits in and then a few days later the rivkin repot would recommend it -the publishers of the report and/or staff, contacts or their mates ( or all of the above ) were obviously getting set.
