Conjecture only.
The DMR got really sick of Anglo/ARM regurgitating things were resolved in 2008, that they got a big stick out, and said, You want to roll up your sleeves? How about we put a hold on just about everything you are doing in sa?
So, school yard scrap over, Anglo/ARM released NKP unconditioanlly, and PL off to china to get the coin.
