I'm not so sure that Wayno holds any aces at the negotiating table this time around. The longer this suspension lasts the less likely it will come out in favour of the retail investor. The Hong Kong listing is certainly not aimed at Australian retail investors.

Wayne has been fairly open in his opinion of the Southern Suits in the past, he may now be finding the suits from across the waves are just as shrewd, if not more so at the negotiating table.
