The point being about offering to the existing shareholders at the same discounted price asthe big boys, gets all the money required (theoretically, if they put that in the offer document) plus only takes existing shares to 280m, plus 24 for OW IF they pay $1.25 (or above), likewise for Sinosteel, they take sharesat $1.25 for the electricals, or we pay the cash agreed price instead. Total shares possible on issue probably 324m plus options, plus all finance wrapped up.
Pressure back on OW and Sinosteel who I think are trying to screw the company on price, otherwise the suspension possibly would have been lifted by now (though personally I still think they are waiting for FIRB approval).
