I doubt that the retail holders would stump up this time either. And there would be a delay for prospectuses etc,. plus I doubt the company wants to disclose all that stuff that you suggest. But, unless COW have reneged again, I don't see why they have anything to do with the suspension, as all those details were announced ages ago. Oh well, time will, eventually, tell.
