I'm actually serious about the company offering shares at a discount to shareholders. Why should the M&Ds get the premiums (2013 $2.50) and the big boys get a discount. If they did the raising properly, then no more funds would be needed.
Yes I've been flippant about it, but in all seriousness the only reason for a HK listing is because managment are losing (lost) control. That is a waste of money when there is a plant to be built. There seems to be plenty of very loyal supporters here that would take up the full allotment and more at a discount.
If they actually came clean with all the necessary numbers, then yes, Aussie instos could be interested at $1.25 (I know one would be anyway, and they are big).
