    Two more expected deadlines missed, as per announcements of 27th and 29th January.

    What do they need more money for? The electricals are to be financed by Sinosteel, COW will provide another $30m, no more CAPEX as per reports from the EGM - surely estimates from the armchair experts of working capital requirements to get the plant into production being $50m to $75m can't be correct? Perish the thought!
