Why would they wait until plant is ready for commissioning before updating the resource. That statement makes no sense at all. The company has been raising funds at ever diminishing prices, diluting existing shareholders considerably. Why would they not upgrade the resource now , if it is substantial it will boost the share price, which should translate to equity being raised at a higher price and reducing dilution. What do you think is more appropriate for all shareholders, upgraded resource or HK listing ?
