Since the post you quoted ,the situation has got worse in my opinion for the mining sector. It is in survival mode. Who would have imagined how poorly now the oil and gas, coal and iron ore sectors are doing. Shareholders in many of the companies in these sectors are doing it hard and regrettably, I cannot see light ahead for many years.
For those companies like CuDeco which can get their projects off the ground , it is a promising time as there will be ample opportunities to acquire assets at prices undreamed of in the boom.
CuDeco will look at those assets only if they are to the benefit of CuDeco shareholders.
