No agreement was reached subsequent to that to provide further shipments . My understanding is that plenty of ore is available for that purpose.
Should CuDeco decide that it was in CuDeco's interest to supply more ore to Ernest Henry on Glencore's terms, that is an option.
CuDeco has not gone down that path signalling no urgency to raise money.

If the company is not struggling to find funds, how do you explain giving a company 5 million options for introducing an investor who put in a whopping $6 million and that was at a discount to market price.
