If CuDeco needed funds desperately ,it would accept the price Glencore is prepared to pay for CuDeco supplying ore to Ernest Henry.
CuDeco obviously thinks it can do better than the Glencore offer and is acting accordingly. No need to make hasty decisions . The situation may change over time and Glencore could possibly come back with an arrangement satisfactory with CuDeco.
