The record suspension time fo CuDeco stands at 70 days. CuDeco Management will release the Infomation when formalities are completed to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.
Any investors holding short CDU stock are in a holding pattern which works against them. I don't mind the suspension as the stock-piles of copper, etc are building up each day and ready for a quick sale at the appropriate time.
