    If the report is delayed purely because of the change in auditor and will be out within 24 hours then this is good news. Bad news would be the auditor refusing to sign off on the accounts. Bad news would be a massive capital raise because the company is insolvent. Bad news would be the bulk sampling coming empty. Everything else is just an irritation.
