Yes, I guess Westpac will be monitoring their performance very closely and were probably even aware of quarterly results before the market.
From memory I think the Westpac loan was paid down quite a bit after the last few capital raisings, as was its primary purpose, so some of pressure may have come off. Nonetheless, the bank won't be happy with performance and probably a party to the suspension.
