    A $200m Cap Raising?! The whole enterprise mkt cap is currently only $60m!! Maybe they have the entities the wrong way around - a raising of that size would dilute us into oblivion...even a $50m cap raising would double shares on issue. There was a cap raising at the time they took over Blackwood wasn't there?
