There is only really an issue when they lower the price and issue shares to the big boys at about half the price you or I can get them for, and then the small players retaliate and reduce the price to about a quarter of that again. Of course this stock have already fallen so far as to wipe us all out already.
The other types of financing was a loan at 12.5% interest, which was quite hefty. I'm totally amazed actually if the company can stay afloat. I guess the big boys in this case (Korean national steel company especially) really do want the company to stay afloat and that's the only reason we are still here.
