    Like I said I could be way of the mark and I have no real reason to put forward the JV theory other than the day the trading halt is to be lifted there is another one with the reference to the 'acquisition'. and its seems we have a lot of fingers in a lot of pies and we have to raise capital and we ect ect... Im just putting it our there stranger things have happened.
