Look at it this way, if it was a unrealistic low ball offer, MMX would be out of the TH and trading again, saying they haven't accepted any offer (too low, dont waste our time, blah blah).

Most likely scenario is neogogiations are heating up between several parties, bidding war (Japanese, Koreans or Chinese) etc....hence taking longer, which is a good thing (even though I am keen like you guys to get this thing trading again ASAP, at higher prices no doubt)
