What a mess! Looking desperate and no white night in sight!

Interestingly they have chosen the same fund raising mechanism, but at a lower price and have only taken in a slight top up from outside the company's register. Management have also stated publicly in the prospectus that they are taking up their entitlements - I was also told by the company that they did subscribe in the last rights issue at 12cents too.

Looks a lot safer bet this time around (at 8 cents) and I suspect they might just get it over the line (lots of safe grads in place), only wish they had taken this step before the close of the last rights offer - therefore de-risking and sending the share price into yet another spin/step downwards.

I also expect that the Panton project announcement sometime in January which could 'spice' things up a little.

I might start a new link soon titled PLA's Investment Pros and Cons and the purchase of new shares through the rights offer at 8 cents...
