It depends who the "acquirer" is. LionOre don't always offer 'mean' pricing. They are taking out Brimstone (a non- ASX public company) at a price attractive to shareholders like me. The BSM deal was also quite reasonable. (another of my failures).
To trump it all I'm a LT largish holder of IGR. The SLR deal is very good for both parties.
I think a total T/O at 25 -30c is likely. PRU is my favoured candidate.
