A change in control announcement will basically inform the market NMG is for sale so there is still a chance of a counter offer if there is a low ball offer. Who knows the delay in the announcement could be due to a bidding war behind close doors..... yes I know wishful thinking.
Our SP is a reflection of running out of cash not the quality of the project so to think there could be a few interested is not completely unrealistic.
