I dont know if thats the case, what is a concern is that BLR management announced a Cap raise obviously anticipating it to be filled.
The CR failed so did management, thats just the cold facts in black n white. Now we are left to speculate and second guess as to how the bloody hell this happened??
If it wasn't for the Pea ,things would be very grave.
