Why would you think that charlie? To me it looks like the market was not interested in investing in BLR, till the funds just ran out.
But why!!!!! with a return to a more favorable supply and demand, Higher Uranium price in the next few year and less derisking of permits and so on(here's hope).
The BLR deposit could be valued in the $100m's
IMO The deal with Mr George Glasier and A.T. I think its got more hairs than a cats tail.
