An underwriter would be vital for BLR in this current situation and hopefully not a convertable note aloong the lines of UXA.

I think you will find that your sayings on many other stocks will come to haunt you here.But i will give reasons rather than a low content post.I think you may well see this stock moving towards 1 cent shortly simply because U is out of global favor.
