REQUEST FOR A SUSPENSION OF SECURITIES FROM QUOTATION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Central Petroleum Limited (“
Company
”) (
ASX:CTP
)
requests a voluntary suspension of its securities on and from the commencement of normal
trading on Wednesday, 31 May 2017, pending an announcement to be made by the Company regarding approval from the Supreme Court
of Queensland to provide shareholders with supplementary disclosure materials to the Scheme Booklet dated 28 April 2017 and to
postpone the Scheme Meeting.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of the release of the announcement in connection with the supplementary disclosure, or commencement of trading on Thursday, 1 June 2017. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
