" Amani Gold Limited (ASX: ANL) (“the Company”requests a voluntary suspension under Listing Rule
17.2 be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requires additional time to finalise the fundraising which is anticipated to be lifted on or
before market open on Wednesday 24 June 2020 by provision of an announcement to ASX regarding
the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other
information relevant to this request.
