From the Notice of Extraordinary Meeting to be held on 15th Aug. P5
"The Directors have determined that all shares that are quoted on ASX at 7.00pm AEST on 12 August 2009 shall, for the purposes of determining voting entitlements at the Extraordinary General Meeting, be taken to be held by the persons registered as holding the shares at that time."
As the shares are currently suspended from quotation (voluntarily) and are therefore not being quoted, there must be an announcement due next 5 days with shares being quoted again. If they are not requoted on the ASX, I imagine no one will have entitlement to vote. I presume ASX will have to approve the requotation? This will be interesting?
