Suspension From Quotation - Official Commencement Date 31.08.2022

I have previously noted we are approaching 1 full year of suspension. I stand corrected as the official date is from 31st August 2022 which is now over 13 months since these Board of Directors anounced this: -

'Pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed material acquisition (the
‘Proposed Acquisition’

Just how long does it take to announce this, I would say the chances are it will never come and they will announce they have run out of funds once their fees have taken the remaining funds from the sale of assets.

I cannot believe the ASX or ASIC are not acting against these Directors and holding them accountable for what is happening to Auscann Shareholders Investments.

Emails to both ASX and ASIC can only help our cause.
