The board/management have clearly demonstrated over the years their inability to develop any commercial business model

It is a revolving door of "clip board warriors" being paid fat salaries/consultancy fees etc and pontificating on all things directionless. eg the last acquisition. A total dud with management to match.

Now they are in their comfort zone, with no public listing and hidden from view.

I would suggest this company will never be listed again as the cash from the warehouse sale will legitimately be used on fees/consultancy and salaries of those still on the gravy train.

The culture is faulty.

It's over.
