    megles, if they are having problem with financing, is it feasible or even possible to sort it out (like they have stated) two days from now ? If they've stated that "suspended until further notice", then your theory of Cobar having a financial breakdown might be valid (although they have 26 million in cash left).

    We can speculate all we want, let's hope to hear something nice to our ear from AGM today.
