Still here. My issues aren't entirely to do with the 'deals', mine have more to do with corporate governance and ongoing related party payments.

If these things are not important to you then I guess an 'I told you so' is the best outcome for me. Not one I am looking forward to.

Just do some basic comparisons to the makeup of any board and directors of any company you believe has had ongoing success.

Time the Feldmans stopped running things like it's a private company and more like a public company.
