Someone just threw ~ $30k at it at 0.003. Irrespective of current situation they are either looking at a bounce trade once things settle a little for a few pips or see something else somehow. Risky play for a few pips atm though.
Will be interested to see if the Co. Puts out a follow up Ann near term once they get their own heads around it. What, if any, contingency plan they may have. You would like to believe they had at least considered both scenarios on the outcome.
Can blame lawyers, management, mylan, arbitrator or whoever but in the end was a risk play and we all choose our own risks.
