See previous comments. Hope they're not true. I for one don't like mergers.. Usually only a short term gain benefitting the day trading/short term holder. Takeover by PCG (not for PCG) would be a better proposition but I am still happy with the direction the company is going.
I hold for the long term irrespective of any capital raising.
