People often dislike long suspensions because they are hard to justify by the letter of the law. Either negotiations are at final stages and disclosure warrants a suspension. Or discussions are early stage and not worthy of a suspension.
If discussions are ongoing and wont be finalised for about 6weeks from initial suspspension, then we probably should be trading with the knowledge that we are in negotiations. Sell if you dare.
Doesn't bother me, but who's to say Aug 31 doesnt become Sept 30 and on and on. Remember NKP? How many months were they suspended.
