Announcement with still minimal details of purchase from Cliffs and plan with JV partner. Disturbingly still in negotiations and much uncertainty. Scary to think what would have happened to the SP if we had come back online. I would have at least liked to know the basic overview of the transaction even if JV plans not mentioned. Indicates to me the uncertainty of management over the likely outcome regarding funding or partner arrangement.
