suspension of trading and general meeting

Last page of the "Further Investment in Advent Energy" dated 11 October 2010 and mailed out to shareholders - states:

- Suspension of BPH's securities from trading on ASX at the opening of trading - 19 November 2010

- General meeting to approve Advent Investment and change in nature and scale of activities - 19 November 2010 -

- Opening of capital raising offers under the prospectus - 19 November (closes on 24 November - where is the prospectus?)

The Notice of General meeting dated 4 November 2010 we have all received advises the date of the General Meeting to be 3 December 2010 (not 19 Nov.)

And if the capital raising offer is 19-24 November, then it is pre-consolidation and not post-consolidation as the notice of general meeting states - what is the go?

So I'm not sure - accuracy and clarity are not the strongest points of BPH management. If the General Meeting is not until the 3 December, why are we being suspended from the 19 November, two weeks before the meeting? The more I look at it - the more I get confused...
