Part 1.5 of the Notice of General Meeting states that "The company will announce an indicative timetable...prior to the date of the meeting."
Does this mean the Indicative Timetable in the 11 October "Further Investment in Advent Energy" release is invalid? If so, trading will not be suspended until 3 December as nothing can happen without shareholder approval given at the meeting on the 3 Dec...
Part 1.5 also says "Trading in securitiers will only be reinstated by ASX after the Company has completed the Adent Investment and...complied with Chapter 1 and 2 of the ASX Lisitng Rules"
If this is the case and BPH will be in suspension from 3 Dec for an undefined period then this could be a vitally sensitive time for the SP and very very poor timing on the part of the company.
Please someone tell me I am wrong...
