Sold my worthless shares to delisted so can finally write this off.

Logged in to automic share registry and requested a holding statement with the SRN as the shares were transferred from CHESS to Issuer in February 2020.

Once I received the statement in the mail, used the details on the statement to submit the form on delisted. They send through forms that you sign. Sent it back with a certified copy of a form of photo id.

Two and a half weeks later, received an email stating the transaction date of the sale.
