How does this company go from just raising capital recently and...

How does this company go from just raising capital recently and informing the market they are travelling well and will be in profit this year to needing another equity raising? Ive been a long term holder since this company listed its promised so much but delivered little apart from numerous capital raisings its just a cash burner it wont be getting anymore of my hard earned.
Really disappointing makes my other dog elders look good.
Makes you wonder if there is any money in recycling metals when you get the big players like Sims announcing a small profit.
Anybody else feeling the same?
