All the announcements don't seem to add up...
24/10 - Expected that the final well cost will be 85m with jka share 16.8 million

17/10 - 3m net additional costs to jka (this was when the existing rig was to be used so costs were less) at 15% this would mean 20m for all parties however would be much more with the new rig.

On the 17/10 from Coe they have said total well costs are already up to $80m.

I'd assume another 30m minimum assuming all runs smoothly.. So 4.5m to jka. Along with other costs they will incur between now and drilling this doesn't leave them with much room for error. I suspect more fund raiding required in the near future.
