suspension to lift early?

Ever notice how the asx can seemingly freeze any stock it likes at no notice to facilitate the big player moves on holdings while the plebs are keps at the gate?....
Great system that, when can I suspend a stock before transferring some over? I figure that would be a great way of determining the re open price ahead of time and gearing up some dirivitives trades to flow from that point on....
How does one bring about one of these "end unknown" type suspensions?
I'd like to grab a few of those forms and go stock shopping...Oh thats, right, im not an investment firm or a multi millionaire....bummer.
SGB will most likely be a vehicle for the big banks mega losses to come, a syphon point if you like......
Just let all the bad figures drain down into that nice little septic tank.
