Spoke to the company yesterday re: suspension. They informed me that they have everything ready but that the auditors were, in their view, overly cautious in some of the outlook projections. So in these financial times OMI and the auditors are disagreeing over a few matters which has delayed lodgement of the paperwork with the ASX.
Looking forward OMI stated they are super confident that once the litigation in the USA is overcome in their favour things should be looking good. I hold.
