Could be any number of reasons

1/ ASX sick of dodgey directors calling for trading halts for no reason

2/ RRS are broke

3/ Lost the puntland deal don't know a nice way to tell us ( or put a postive spin) on it

4/ They have been partying over the xmas new year period & have spent all funds & didn't have time to cobble together the capital raising ( & can't decide how they can claw more money from the already drained shareholder base.)

5/ Pump didn't hit the highs rrs management needed

6/.....please feel free to put your thoughts here..
